At EnerMech, Bhat will report to Chief Transformation Officer Jose Xavier and oversee IT governance, security, and risk management. His responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing IT best practices. Bhat will also lead digital transformation initiatives, manage the IT budget, and oversee relationships with IT vendors to align with EnerMech's long-term strategies.

John Clark, who served as interim IT Director and has been with EnerMech for 13 years, will transition into a new role as Transformation Director, continuing to support the company's strategic initiatives.
