Appian honours APJ partners for excellence, innovation & growth

Tue, 14th Oct 2025

Appian has announced the winners of its 2025 Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) Partner Awards, recognising organisations that have demonstrated exceptional performance in delivering solutions and services using the Appian Platform across various industries in the region.

The awards, organised into five categories, highlight the contributions of Roboyo, WNS, Deloitte, Accenture, and Via Appia to process transformation and operational improvement for clients across the APJ market.

Delivery excellence

Roboyo was awarded the Delivery Award for its commitment to executing Appian projects with high quality, efficiency, and clear customer benefits. The company's work has spanned sectors including government, insurance, and higher education within Australia. According to Appian, Roboyo has played a key role in modernising essential processes such as incident management, compliance, invoice automation, case collaboration, human resources, finance, and student services.

Roboyo's portfolio includes the implementation of generative AI automation, cross-agency collaboration portals, and student platforms compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). These efforts have been credited with reducing manual administrative workloads, improving compliance standards, and enhancing transparency within client organisations.

Innovation achievements

WNS received the Innovation Award for the development of the Life Support Outage Management (LSOM) system, known as PowerAlert. The system was designed to tackle operational challenges in the energy and utilities sector, where manual outage management can exacerbate compliance risks and compromise safety for vulnerable customers.

The PowerAlert solution integrates automated outage notifications, robust compliance protocols, accurate customer mapping, and real-time performance dashboards. The outcome, as cited by Appian, has been full adherence to regulatory requirements, a significant reduction in manual tasks, and improved service delivery and safety for critical customer segments.

Growth commitment

Deloitte was presented with the Growth Award, acknowledging its sustained investment in the Appian alliance to expand market presence and delivery capabilities. The firm has built a broader base of certified practitioners, secured early customer engagements, and driven sector-specific momentum, particularly in the Public Sector and Financial Services industries across Australia.

Stakeholders at Appian noted the role of Deloitte's alliance leadership and support from its Engineering division in achieving rapid practice scaling. The company's approach has centred around executive sponsorship and proof-of-concept initiatives that underpin its expansion efforts.

Transformation leadership

Accenture claimed the Transformation Award for its work on large-scale enterprise change leveraging the Appian Platform. The consultancy supported the post-merger integration and digital transformation of a major superannuation provider, focusing on consolidating legacy systems and enhancing operational simplicity.

Appian highlighted that Accenture's methodology combines phased organisational integration with subsequent digital and operational enhancements. This strategy has delivered outcomes such as improved member satisfaction, streamlined operations, and cost efficiencies, with continued growth to support future organisational changes.

Channel partner recognition

Via Appia was honoured as Channel Partner of the Year for investing in multiple areas such as innovation, Appian practice development, and project delivery throughout the APJ region. The firm expanded operations in the Philippines, securing important customer wins across banking and government, where it delivered solutions for digital cheque deposits and automation of processes in key national institutions.

Via Appia's use of the Appian Platform was attributed with driving benefits including enhanced compliance, increased transparency, and better customer service. The firm's experience and history in the region were specifically cited in the award recognition.

"We're proud to recognise our partners and the vital role they play in driving business transformation throughout APJ. These Partner Awards showcase the remarkable impact our partners deliver for organisations across the region through their own deep expertise and commitment. Each of these partners has demonstrated exceptional dedication in providing outstanding value to the customers we serve together."

The APJ Partner Awards programme reflects Appian's strategy of honouring strategic partners who help deliver transformation to its client base. According to Appian, this year's recipients were selected for their efforts in expanding the company's market footprint and achieving measurable impact in their customer projects.
