Data centre software provider expands reseller network in UK & EMEA
Nlyte Software has expanded its reseller network in the UK and EMEA with the addition of E-I Engineering.
According to Nlyte, E-I Engineering will supply Nlyte's Energy Optimiser – software focused on the management and optimisation of infrastructure in data centers and colocation facilities – as a premier reseller across the UK and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Nlyte asserts its software utilises real-time monitoring, alarming, trending, and analysis of It and facilities infrastructure to aid infrastructure managers in getting the best from their data centers.
Both Nlyte and E-I assert its real strength comes from the transparency it brings to data centers, providing managers a clear picture that enables them to enhance the automation of IT and facilities functions.
E-I Engineering has been a reseller in EMEA for more than 30 years and will be providing Nlyte's Energy Optimiser in addition to their professional services, which include design, installation and maintenance for power from distribution to management.
Group manager of the EMS - IT Divisions at E-I Engineering, Simon Killen says customers can deal with one trusted supplier for all their power requirements.
"With Nlyte and E-I, customers will gain proven data center IT and asset management that will give data center managers reliable and actionable information and access to critical systems on a single user interface. It increases the agility of infrastructure teams in keeping up with business changes and requests," says Killen.
"By adding Nlyte's advanced monitoring and alarming capabilities with E-I Engineering's leading power control and management know-how and solutions, we offer customers services to allow them full control and accountability of their data center power, as well as reducing its cost. It's the next logical step.
Nlyte vice president, Moshe Benjo says their expansion across the UK and EMEA will be of huge benefit to their customers.
"E-I Engineering is a trusted leader in delivering pan-European power solutions and will strengthen Nlyte's presence across EMEA," says Benjo.
"E-I is our first dedicated power partner, and together we will serve the needs of our shared data center customers with smarter power solutions to solve mission-critical problems for data center managers.
