Cloud4C to deliver SAP services on Google Cloud's Anthos

Google Cloud and managed service provider Cloud4C have announced a collaboration that will see the construction of a new Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Google Cloud's Anthos, and Cloud4C's SAP service portfolio.

Google Anthos, built on Google Cloud, is an application management platform for cloud and on-premise environments. It is an open source offering built entirely on open source technologies - specifically Google's Kubernetes Engine and enables users to leverages services such as cloud, hybrid cloud, and application management.

Together with Cloud4C, Google Cloud will help to create a Centre of Excellence, which aims to help businesses modernise mission-critical IT within Cloud4C's SAP service portfolio.

Cloud4C offers SAP managed services across 25 countries. Its dedicated SAP services include Switch2Cloud, S/4 HANA implementation and application management services, exclusively focusing on greenfield, brownfield and hybrid packages. Its services also include end to end application management services (AMS) offerings.

Google Cloud India's head of partners and alliances, Amitabh Jacob, explains further: "Together with Cloud4C, we will offer organizations a clear path to build, run, and manage their critical SAP workloads on hybrid and multi cloud environments with full flexibility, agility and security. This will be a huge benefit for businesses .

According to Cloud4C, the CoE will also support customers in their modernisation journey, as they level up their mission-critical IT infrastructure and applications and leverage advanced Google Cloud's artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and analytics capabilities at scale.

The partnership will also help organisations to make the most of Cloud 4C's end to end SAP capabilities through multi-cloud support, multi-cluster/unified management, centralized policy management and infrastructure management capabilities.

Cloud4C founder and CEO Sridhar Punnapureddy explains, "We are delighted to collaborate with Google Cloud. Our customers can leverage the best of Google's offerings in a secure manner with reduced capital investment and improved value delivery. The CoE will serve as a multi-disciplinary customer showcase hub, developing and delivering solutions for high efficiency and reliability" He further added, "Rapid deployment of SAP applications through Anthos by Google will additionally contribute to lowering carbon footprint.

Cloud4C recently announced a partnership with Citrix, which will enable Cloud4C to deliver hybrid Citrix virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions.

"We are happy to collaborate with Citrix to offer hybrid Citrix VDI solutions which help enterprises with high-definition consistent VDI experience on any device," says Pinnapureddy.

"At Cloud4C, we are equipped with multiple certified resources for Citrix, Windows, security, and public cloud platforms.
