Prior to this, he was responsible for worldwide digital marketing at Dell Technologies. Forsythe was previously SVP of corporate marketing at Dell EMC and has held marketing leadership roles at Salesforce, Oracle and Cisco.

Forsythe is looking forward to his future with Veritas.

''I could not be more excited to join the Veritas team,'' says Forsythe.

“As the market leader in enterprise data management, Veritas has an amazing brand and an immense opportunity to engage customers in creative ways.''

Forsythe will be based in Veritas' new Santa Clara, California headquarters, a 100,000 square foot space located at Santa Clare Square.

The company asserts it made the move to be in a better position for future growth to expand, innovate, and attract talent and customers.

“As the global leader in enterprise data protection and software-defined storage, Veritas required a headquarters that better supported our strategy,” says Hughes.

“Our new corporate headquarters offers a modern, sustainable environment that nurtures innovation among employees and entices new talent to our company.

The Santa Clara space is also set to provide an innovative new place for customers to visit and view Veritas solutions at the state-of-the-art Executive Briefing Center.
