Kelvin Wong takes reins as Singapore country manager at Hitachi Vantara
Hitachi Vantara has announced the appointment of Kelvin Wong as the new Country Manager for its Singapore Operations. In this prominent leadership role, Wong will spearhead Hitachi Vantara's sales strategy in Singapore, operating across aspects including sales, pre-sales, and backend. He will also manage Hitachi Vantara's network of partnerships, alliances, and resellers in Singapore, reporting directly to Joe Ong, Vice President and General Manager at Hitachi Vantara, ASEAN.

Wong brings to his new role over a decade of experience in sales leadership, with a significant focus on account management for both commercial and enterprise clients. He has been instrumental in setting Go-To-Market (GTM) goals and objectives for sales teams, providing strategic direction, and supervising execution within their respective territories. Before taking up his new role at Hitachi Vantara, Wong served at analytics company SAS, where he led the sales of software-based solutions focusing on analytics and managed key accounts in the Singapore market. He is a Software Engineering graduate from the University of Queensland, Australia.
