Patterson, with his thirty years of prestigious experience in the technology and telecommunications industry, will lend his undisputed knowledge to Beamery's expertise at a board level.
The former Salesforce President and Chief Revenue Officer, and CEO of BT, Patterson now joins Beamery as it continues to amplify its senior-level expertise. Throughout his career, Patterson has demonstrated critical skills that Beamery hopes will further solidify its position as a pioneer in AI-driven talent management, with a strong focus on guaranteeing all individuals have equal access to work and skills.
Prior to his role at Beamery, Patterson helmed Salesforce as President and Chief Revenue Officer. Before Salesforce, he acted as CEO of BT for six years, overseeing the company's acquisition of EE, the launching of BT Sport, and the expansion of BT's cybersecurity practice. Additionally, Patterson has held esteemed positions at Virgin Media and Procter and Gamble. He has also contributed as a board member for both private equity-owned and AIM-listed companies, and as a member of the Governing Council of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
