02 Jun 15

Lexel Systems, the ANZ IT integrator, has been awarded Authorised Apple Education Reseller status following an extensive evaluation and certification process.

Now, as a nominated Apple Education partner, Lexel can offer schools and education institutions education specific Apple products and pricing.

Andrew Fergus, Lexel education business manager, says, “This is huge recognition of Lexel’s capability and experience within the education sector, supported by significant investment in Apple certifications for our technical staff.”

Lexel is certified in both Mobility Deployment and Mobility Solutions along with Mac OS X client and server.

Apple mobility products have key technologies that add significant value to the education sector, according to Lexel.

The addition of Apple products means that now Lexel’s portfolio includes all major IT brands, and can provide a range of technologies to schools at academic level discounts.

At present Lexel is working to be a 'one-stop-shop' for education customers, according to a statement.

The company is pushing into the education sector, focusing on public and tertiary schools, and has appointed Andrew Fergus as education division lead.
