Zapier launches on AWS Marketplace to speed up enterprise AI

Thu, 16th Oct 2025

Zapier has announced its availability in AWS Marketplace, enabling organisations to accelerate AI automation and streamline their purchasing processes.

The AWS Marketplace listing provides companies with the option to automate processes across Zapier's 8,000 app integrations while leveraging their current AWS spending commitments. This integration aims to facilitate the connection of AI models with business systems without the complexity often associated with software procurement.

Allyce Mardesich, Senior Director, Ecosystems and Channels at Zapier, highlighted the impact of this move for enterprise teams and the challenges they face when adopting new technology.

"Enterprise teams want to move beyond manual workflows, but purchasing often slows them down. By joining AWS Marketplace, we're breaking down those barriers so companies can gain the benefits of AI throughout their organization right away. This isn't just about connecting apps; it's about enabling AI to think, act, and get things done across the tech stack without process bottlenecks."

The inclusion of Zapier in AWS Marketplace is intended to fit alongside other enterprise technologies already deployed by organisations, allowing IT leaders to incorporate automation tools as part of existing procurement and compliance structures.

Companies are increasingly seeking AI orchestration solutions that can integrate with their current business systems. Simplifying business logic and automating tasks across various departments is a requirement for many, reducing the dependency on dedicated IT teams for process development.

Streamlining AI deployment

The addition of Zapier to AWS Marketplace expands access for AWS customers, providing a standardised procurement pathway and integration with other AWS solutions. For organisations already relying on AWS infrastructure, this can reduce approval times and allow automation projects to commence more quickly.

Zapier's recent integration with Amazon Bedrock further enhances its capabilities, allowing AI models to coordinate and manage actions across an enterprise's app landscape. This aims to enable enterprise teams to build advanced automation workflows utilising AWS AI services, while preserving required security and governance protocols.

Integration and governance

Companies with wide-ranging software systems can use Zapier to establish a central automation layer. The platform's orchestration capability is designed to allow the end users closest to particular business needs to automate workflows, adapt them as requirements evolve, and minimise process bottlenecks.

For enterprise customers, access through AWS Marketplace means they can maintain existing relationships and spending agreements with their vendors, while adding Zapier to their operational toolkit.

The move seeks to serve organisations managing hundreds or thousands of business applications by providing a unified automation layer, enabling AI to coordinate tasks and transfer data across a diverse business software environment.

Procurement access

Zapier is now available in AWS Marketplace to enterprise customers. Organisations interested in adopting AI orchestration at scale are able to purchase Zapier through their AWS procurement processes and spending commitments.

This availability is expected to expand options for companies aiming to implement large-scale automation strategies while remaining within familiar purchasing frameworks.
