07 Jul 17

Technavio, a global technology research and advisory company, has announced the top eight vendors in the Southeast Asia data center market.

Technavio’s research on the data center market in Southeast Asia for 2017-2021 provides an in-depth market analysis based on the infrastructure (IT infrastructure, general construction, electrical construction, and mechanical construction) and countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia).

The report also lists 31 other prominent vendors that are expected to impact the market during the forecast period.

“The data center market in Southeast Asia is projected to grow at a CAGR of nearly 14% over the forecast period. The increase in the demand for cloud-based services is a key factor driving the market growth,” says Rohan Joy Thomas, a lead analyst at Technavio for data center research.

Technavio also offers insight into the growing South-East Asian data center market, and states that as enterprises continue to adopt cloud-based services or co-locate their data center spaces, competition amongst vendors is increased.

To remain competitive and retain market shares, Technavio claims vendors are offering enterprises a range of data center infrastructure options to choose from.
