Alibaba Cloud has teamed up Fusionex, a data technology provider specializing in Big Data Analytics (BDA), Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group says the aim of the partnership is to provide end to end cloud solutions in the ASEAN region.
Fusionex will deploy its big data solutions on Alibaba Cloud's infrastructure and will become the key Alibaba Cloud go-to-market partner in the ASEAN region.
Ivan Teh, Fusionex's CEO, says, “We are delighted to partner with Alibaba Cloud to support the digital transformation of ASEAN countries.

By leveraging Alibaba Cloud's cloud computing infrastructure and data intelligence services, ranging from data processing to machine learning, Fusionex will be able to provide advanced big data solutions to its customers.
Fusionex's customer base spans sectors including financial services, trade facilitation, eCommerce, retail, aviation, travel and hospitality as well as manufacturing.
Through this new collaboration, enterprises seeking to use Fusionex's offerings will be able to access them via Alibaba Cloud.
The two companies will also join forces in driving innovation in BDA, Machine learning, AI and IoT.
Alibaba Cloud will leverage its infrastructure and solutions to empower Fusionex's innovation center to develop technology and platforms that aim to drive the digital transformation of the region.
